Erland is coming from Flores and for him as a guide “Tour Leader” has making him rich by visiting so many beautiful places and make friends from across the globe. For someone who live in an island of course he loved water so much that’s why his favorite adventures is any kind activity which related with water sport.

Travel experience or story that has greatly influenced and impacted him is when he is taking Dutch guests to explore my Homeland. I was so nervous at first but managed to deliver a good job and get a good review from them it was an experience that made me want to keep on learning to improve my service quality as well as sharing more about our culture to the world.
