Erland is from Flores and being a Tour Leader has made him rich by visiting so many beautiful places and making friends from across the globe. For someone who lives on an island, it’s no surprise that he has a love for water, making any water sport activity his favorite adventure.

A travel experience or story that greatly influenced and impacted him was when he was taking Dutch guests to explore his homeland. He was nervous at first, but he did an excellent job and even got a good review. It was an experience that made him want to keep on learning to improve his service quality as well as share more about our culture with the world.
