Ica believes that travel should support local people and contribute positively to preserving cultures and the environment.

Working as Wicked Adventures’ Community Projects Manager, Ica is from Ruteng, Flores (Indonesia). Part of the fast-growing travel industry in Indonesia, she enjoys the opportunity to constantly learn and feel more connected to the global landscape. She has seen first-hand how community-based tourism can provide sustainable, alternative solutions for livelihood, and she looks forward to helping further develop such opportunities through Wicked Adventures.

Ica is actively working with the Department of Tourism to establish additional homestays, as well as facilitate solid waste management programs with climbing communities in Labuan Bajo, Moni, and Bajawa. She is also one of the founders of the Unipala Maumere climbing community.
